The Two Companies Will Now Officially Operate as One
TORONTO – (TEXTILE TODAY) Mahajan Home Ltd. has announced that it has acquired Superior Quilting Ltd, a full-scale bedding manufacturer that services both major department stores and independent retailers.
This acquisition represents a major growth milestone for Mahajan Home Ltd., who is already an industry leader in innovative design, development and technology in home décor for major retail and national brands.

The Superior Quilting name will continue to operate as a subsidiary of Mahajan Home Ltd. and will transition all manufacturing to one state-of-the-art facility in Milton, ON. The sales offices and design studio will operate from one office in Toronto, ON.
Both companies will now officially operate as one, leveraging each other’s strengths to increase production capacity and diversify their overall products, services and distribution capabilities.
